Tomorrow is Spring

And… you wouldn’t know it…

It is supposed to be the coldest day of the week at around 21°F! That is not spring-like weather.

When is this snow gonna melt? Opening Day for our minor league team is April 8! How will they play if the snow isn’t melted?
Crummy Weather!

Sigh. Sometimes I wish we lived a little further south.

Blessings!

It’s 11 degrees in MN this morning, and the wind is bitter, and we had a fresh covering of snow. Even I, who loves the hibernation months, am wishing for a little bit of spring. Hang in there – it’s coming!

  2. Hi, Elizabeth! I’m in neighboring Upper Michigan, where the first day of spring dropped more snow on the 6-foot drifts we already have. I feel your pain! Longing for New Mexico… 🙂

    • Thanks for the comment and follow! I know! It’s horrible isn’t it? Winter really has us in its grip this year… so different from last year. LOL

What’s the latest day you’ve ever gotten snow in spring? When I lived in Milwaukee, we got snow on May 10, 1990. Brrr… (the day before had been 75° and sunny!)

New Mexico, Arizona, the Caribbean… ah! I agree! 🙂

  3. I remember being at a ‘summer’ art exhibit a couple of years ago. It was early June or late May. It was snowing. It didn’t stick, but the idea is awful!

  4. I know it must feel endless, but spare a thought for those who never have snow at there door step. My son would love to go to the snow, it is a dream of his. Enjoy your spring as we head into our Autumn months

    • I love Autumn. Snow is special… I don’t mean to whine about it. I shouldn’t whine about it. If I could send your son snow and the fun feelings it can supply (sledding, ice skating, snowmobiling), I would! 🙂 I’ve always wanted to go to Australia! Seems like a really great country.
